Product description What liquids can this pump transfer? It is designed for diesel, kerosene, biodiesel, and light fuel oil. Do not use it with gasoline, alcohol, water, cooking oil, food-grade liquids, aviation fuel, or liquids thicker than diesel. Are hoses, a fuel nozzle, or a meter included? No. The package includes the pump, two hose barb adapters, a filter screen, two hose clamps, and two O-rings. Hoses, fuel nozzles, meters, tanks, and auto shut-off accessories are not included. What hose connection does this pump use? The pump includes hose barb adapters for compatible 3/4-inch NPT hose setups. Use fuel-rated hoses and make sure all fittings are securely sealed before operation. Do I need to prime or connect hoses before use? Connect compatible inlet and outlet hoses and make sure all fittings are airtight before starting. The pump is self-priming after proper setup. Do not operate it dry or unattended. Does this pump have auto shut-off? No. The pump does not automatically stop when the receiving tank is full. Monitor the transfer process at all times and switch off the pump manually to prevent overflow.
