The Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary is a versatile telephoto zoom lens designed for FX-format Nikon F-mount cameras, and can be used with DX models for a 225-900mm equivalent focal length range. Featuring one FLD element and three SLD elements, it reduces color fringing and chromatic aberrations, ensuring clear and accurate images. A Super Multi-Layer Coating suppresses flare and ghosting for improved contrast and color accuracy in bright conditions. The Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) provides fast, quiet autofocus with full-time manual focus override, while the Optical Stabilizer minimizes camera shake for sharper handheld shots. Built for durability, the lens includes a dust- and splash-resistant design, a water- and oil- coating on the front element, and a Thermally Stable Composite (TSC) material for precision in varying temperatures. The removable, rotating tripod collar offers stable support for tripod or monopod use.
