Residual water inside is normal, no worries. Can it clean pool steps? It can climb steps, but cannot thoroughly clean narrow step areas. Why does the robot float down when climbing pool walls? It’s usually due to a full filter basket. Simply empty the basket to continue to use. What if the robot has weak cleaning power or gets stuck? Clogged filter basket or sponge will reduce cleaning performance—clean them regularly. If stuck at drains or steps, it will activate self-rescue and resume cleaning in 2-3 minutes. What preparations are needed before charging the pool cleaner robot? Power off the unit fully. Wipe and dry the charging port thoroughly to remove water, pool residue and dust. Moisture or dirt leads to poor contact, unstable charging or charging failure. What actions are prohibited during charging? Do not cover or wrap the robot while charging. Blocked heat dissipation causes overheating of the unit and charging module, resulting in charging failure and battery damage.
