If that happens, first put the battery back into your camera and charge it for at least 1 minute, then place it into the charging case – it will charge normally How to get 3‑channel simultaneous charging? To enable 3‑channel fast charging, we recommend using a PD 30W or higher power adapter and a USB‑C to C cable. Otherwise, the charging case may not receive enough power to activate 3-channel simultaneous fast charging. How is power shared among the three channels? Can I adjust it? Total 24W shared (default 8W each). Set one channel to 14W, others share 10W – for quick single battery charge. You can set the charging power and charging stop SOC in the menu.
