One set is printed with AM and numbered 1-31. The second tray is printed with PM and are numbered 1-31. Translucent numbered pill pods make it easy to see if you have taken your AM or PM medications for any given day of the month! Pods are a Great Size. Here are some examples of pills they can hold: Approximately 15 ibuprofen capsule shaped tablets OR 15 asprin OR 4 multi-vitamin size pills with a couple of smaller pills OR 6 calcium caplets with a couple of smaller pills OR 3 fish oil softgel pills with a couple of smaller capsule tablet size pills. Number of pills depends on size and shape and while the pill pods are large if you have several large supplements or vitamins this may not work for you.
