Product description The Ambient Weather F007PF wireless pool and spa thermometer is water proof and floats on the surface of the water. The sensor displays and wirelessly transmits the water temperature to the display console. Each remote sensor includes dip switches for channel selection and units of measure (degree Fahrenheit versus degree Celsius). The screw-on lid with locking key design with double internal gaskets provide a leak free, water resistant design. Solar powered with battery back up extends the life of the battery. Important Notes & Specifications: The F007PF is designed to float. If the F007PF is used under a cover and the sensor is constantly submerged, the additional pressure will lead to premature failure. Moisture will enter the sensor compartment and cause sensor failure. If you use a pool or spa cover, we suggest ordering the F007TP probed sensor instead. This product is an accessory only, and requires a display console or receiver. Our receivers support up to 8 wireless sensors. Use the tether to provide a clear line of sight. Place the console at least 3 feet away from any radiating sources (TVs, wireless phones, and computers).
