These RuggedX Anti-Skid Base Plates screw down to any flat surface and keep your ToughSystem exactly where you put it. The plates locate the feet of your Dewalt ToughSystem 1.0 or 2.0 box into a pair of key-shaped holes. They don't clip to the box - unlike ToughSystem boxes which clip to each other, these just hold the feet in place. The box drops in, can't move laterally, and lifts straight out when you need it. No levers, no catches, nothing to undo. More than just a floor mount The versatility is where these earn their keep. Screw a set down to a piece of plywood, add some rotating caster wheels to the underside, and you've got a portable site dolly for moving your tools around the job. Or pick up two sets and stack your ToughSystem boxes back-to-back - you get access from both sides, which is ideal for a workshop setup or a truck build where you need reach from either side. Easy installation Counter-sunk screw holes are pre-drilled - no marking out needed. Space the plates 395mm apart (inside edge to inside edge), make sure the FRONT marking faces the direction you want the toolbox to face, and screw down on a low torque setting. Don't overtighten.
