Your Apolosign supports two power options: 1. A rechargeable battery in the base for unplugged use. 2. Direct power via the screen’s DC port, but the screen can't store power. Please ensure the power cord is connected to the base correctly. Can't connect Bluetooth earphones/speakers, or connected but no sound? Bluetooth has 2 modes: 1. Bluetooth Speaker Mode(default): Connect your phone and play audio through the screen. 2. External Bluetooth Mode: To connect Bluetooth earphones, go to Settings > Bluetooth > Bluetooth Speaker > Off, then tap Use Bluetooth. Why can't I turn on the device with my remote? Is the remote malfunctioning? The remote uses Bluetooth, not infrared. It works only when the device is powered on or in brief screen-off mode. Once fully powered off, Bluetooth disconnects. To turn it on, press and hold the power button on the back of the screen for 2 seconds. The remote control is not working in apps like Netflix/YouTube. ApoloSign is Android-based, not a traditional TV. So remote compatibility varies by app. The remote is optimized for system functions, but some third-party apps may not support remote navigation. If so, use the touchscreen or the remote’s mouse mode. There is only sound but no picture when casting the screen from a mobile phone. Apolosign device's cast feature supports full-screen mirroring, which displays your phone's entire screen and plays local photos/videos. Please note that it does NOT support AirPlay or streaming casting services.
