If milk dribbles from baby's mouth or they seem overwhelmed, size down to Newborn. If they're working hard but not getting milk efficiently, size up to Fast Flow. Why isn't milk coming out? Understanding baby-led feeding Milk flows only via active suction & tongue compression, just like breastfeeding—not passive drips like standard bottles. No flow without sucking is normal, not a problem. This mimics the breast for natural, baby-led pacing.
