After carefully reviewing their feedback, we identified that the challenge almost always comes down to the order of assembly – not the product itself. To help you get the best experience, we strongly recommend following these four simple steps in the exact order below: Step 1 Lay the canopy flat on sand or grass in your desired location. Step 2 Secure all four corners FIRST – fill the corner bags with sand (or use the ground stakes on grass) and anchor them firmly into the ground. Do not raise any poles before this step. This is the most important move – it keeps the canopy stable and prevents it from shifting or blowing away while you work. Step 3 Insert and raise the 2 or 4 poles – with the corners already anchored, the frame will go up smoothly and effortlessly. Step 4 Place the bungee cord over the ball at the top center of the fabric, then pull it tight. This creates even tension across the entire canopy, ensuring it stays taut and secure. Correct assembly order – when followed as above, setup takes just a few minutes and works perfectly every time. Common mistake to avoid – raising the poles before anchoring the corners may make the canopy unstable or difficult to handle, which is the main reason for most negative comments.
