The water tastes weird. As with most new appliances , there is often a plastic taste upon initial start-up of the unit. To remove this taste ,please clean the water cooler with citric acid and completely drain it with no water source attached after the citrus solution. The water cooler didn't work. Please specify the issue and we will send the pre-paid return label if the machine is defective. If possible , please send the photos or videos to us I want to return item.
