Press MEM to adjust the flashing value, then press SET to confirm and move to the next step. Why does the date/time reset? This is usually caused by pressing the side Emergency Stop button by mistake. For routine measurements, just press Start/Stop. To reset the date/time, hold Set for 3 seconds while the monitor is off to enter setting mode. How should I position my arm when measuring? Insert your arm with your palm facing upward and rest your elbow on the Elbow Pressure Switch.
