The Petzl CROLL is the benchmark chest ascender for efficient rope ascents. Designed to be used in conjunction with a handled ascender (like the ASCENSION) or a basic ascender, the CROLL sits flat against the chest to facilitate a smooth glide up the rope. The toothed cam with a self-cleaning slot ensures optimal performance even on frozen or muddy ropes. Available in Two Sizes: CROLL S (Small): Lightweight and compact. The rope channel is reinforced with stainless steel for durability. Compatible with 8 to 11 mm ropes. CROLL L (Large): Features a wide rope channel for excellent fluidity on wider, swollen, or stiff ropes. Compatible with 8 to 13 mm ropes.
