What is the fragrance like? This product is fragrance-free, as well as sulfate-free and mineral-oil free. Why does my jar not look as full as the image? Butter may shift in transit when temperatures vary as formula has a low melting point. Product may reset unevenly in jar and some oil may remain on surface but this does not effect product quantity or quality. Why is the product not sealed? We do not add seals unless necessary for the efficacy and safety of the formula, as sustainability is a priority for ELEMIS. Avoiding unneccesary packaging is a way we minimize our environmental impact.
