Can it cut aluminum or hard materials? This is a compact desktop CNC, not a heavy-duty milling machine. It is better suited for engraving and light-duty work than deep metal cutting. What software do I need? The machine uses GRBL control and can be operated with compatible sender software such as Candle. You will still need a design/CAM workflow to create or prepare G-code files for your projects.
