How long does it take to charge the teeth whitening kit? So Brilliant takes approximately four hours to fully charge. When GLO Brilliant is fully charged, it will have enough power for at least 6 to 8 eight-minute applications. We recommend charging this unit when not in use, so it is always ready to use. Can I whiten my teeth while charging the device? No. For your safety, the GLO Advanced Brilliant Control will not illuminate the mouthpiece while they are charging.
