Push the tray center repeatedly until flexible, avoid overfilling, and always remove the lid before pulling. The tray is hard to open. Loosen ice first using PUSH till FLEXIBLE. Place on a hard surface and press several times. Remove lid before pulling to avoid vacuum resistance. It is hard to get the ice out. Ensure ice is loosened before pulling. Push and flex both sides, then open lid and pull trays apart gently to release cubes. The tray broke or cracked. Breakage often happens if ice wasn’t loosened before pulling. Always push until flexible first to reduce force and avoid damage. The product is leaking. Check trays are fully snapped onto the frame and lid is firmly pressed. Leaks usually occur when parts are not properly secured.
