Product description Make Healthy and Delicious Dishes for Your Family! Enjoy a Fun Sprouting Experience The color scheme of the yellow&green lids matches the color of the sprouts very well! Bright colors are also very eye-catching and increase children's interest, great for lessons to teach kids to sprout on their own. NOTE: SEED NOT INCLUDED (Please understand that the seeds are not suitable to transport)INSTRUCTIONS BOOK NOT INCLUDED (But we will add an instructions book to the package in the next batch of goods) Screen Sprout Lids - PP and 316 Stainless Steel Material PP Lids Won't rust like other metal lids. 316 stainless steel mesh Rust-proof and durable, and not as fragile as plastic mesh. Melamine tray, drop-resistant and durable Stores drained water so it doesn't stain your countertop. Blackout sleeves Material Made of high quality neoprene, washable and reusable Provide 100% dark environment Black blackout sleeves are better than any other color. Not all sprouts like the sun, we come with 2 black sleeves to provide a best dark environment for beans, grain sprouts Screen Lid Glass Jar Stand and Tray Blackout Sleeves Step 1: Soaking Begin with 1-2 tablespoons of seeds. Fill the jar with water until it's at least halfway full. Gently stir the seeds and let the jar stand upright for 8-12 hours to soak. Step 2: Rinsing and Draining Secure the lid and drain the soaked water from the jar, then rinse the seeds. Repeat this process several times. After rinsing and draining, place the jar upside down to allow any remaining water to collect in the plastic tray. Step 3: Rinse and Repeat Continue rinsing and draining the seeds twice a day until the hulls or seed covers drop or float away during rinsing. Sprouts are usually ready for "harvest" in about 3-5 days, but the exact timing depends on the variety of your sprouts. Step 4: Harvest Once the sprouts are ready to harvest, give them a final rinse and remove any unsprouted seeds or seed hulls. Now you can enjoy delicious and nutritious sprouts.
