Product description When I try to connect “MAXOBD” with my iPhone or iPad, it tells me it is not supported. iOS devices need to be connected in the app. Open the "MAXOBD" application, click the connect button in the upper left corner, and pair Bluetooth with one click.(After turning on Bluetooth, you need to return to the app to connect.) Which app do I need to download and does it require a subscription? We recommend that you choose "MAXOBD" APP, which is our independently developed app. Lifetime free updates, free upgrades. Why is the indicator light not turning on? 1.The car OBD2 port has no power (check fuse or circuit). 2.The scanner is not fully connected. Unplug and plug again tightly. Cannot connect to vehicle/ECU. Make sure the OBD port is in good condition. If the contact is loose, try pushing it into the OBD port with a little force. Make sure your vehicle meets OBD II standards and the ignition is on; if the error still occurs, try a different vehicle.
