SEANO & GREEN'UP: This complete device combines the unique possibilities of the Green'Up electric car socket with the modern and thoughtful advantages and equipment of Seano inserts. Green up: The Legrand Green Up socket is a performance-optimised socket and serves for safer and faster charging (particularly protected) of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles with charging cable for mode 1 & 2. SCHUKO socket: robust socket with surface-treated metal contacts, which can also be used as a conventional earthed socket. Installation should preferably be carried out by a qualified electrician. REEDCONTACT: The specially integrated reed contact allows the e-vehicle charger to provide a higher charging current. For example, a reduced charging time of up to 3 hours can be achieved within the allowed limits (max 16A). A prerequisite for fast charging: the condition for a shorter charging time is the presence of a charging cable with the matching Green Up earthed contact plug, which is equipped with Reedcontact. Integrated temperature monitoring: Green Up technology detects lower temperatures, allowing higher currents to be released for faster charging. This is a substantial difference from conventional grounded sockets. Safety: the socket must be secured via a 3 x 2.5 mm² cable with earth current/pipe protection switch (FI/LS switch). 1-pole + N, C characteristic, nominal current 16A, rated error current 30 mA, type A or type F according to IEC-60884-1 screw system: the sophisticated screw system guarantees a secure attachment of the plug head with your cordless screwdriver. The device prevents hair cracks in the plastic or breakage due to an overly tightened center screw. Sustainability: Only recycled plastics are used throughout the entire SEANO product portfolio. All packaging is made of paper or cardboard to replace sustainable plastic packaging and non-recyclable duroplast.
