This high-strength construction adhesive is waterproof and can be applied to wet and frozen surfaces both cold (down to 10° F) and hot (120° F) temperatures for landscaping and deck projects. Loctite PL Premium Max fully cures in 24 hours and is fast grab for no run-on with a 20- minute repositioning time.
