Q1: Does this support AV composite, RCA, or S-Video input? A1: No. Supported inputs ONLY: RGBS/SCART, YPbPr Component, VGA (≤60Hz), and RGBHV. AV composite, RCA, and S-Video are NOT supported. Verify your console's output type before purchasing. Q2: The RGB knobs don't seem to work. Is this a defect? A2: Not a defect. RGB knobs only work with RGBS or RGBHV input signals. If you are using YPbPr (Component) input, the knobs will have no effect — this is normal behavior by design. Q3: I'm seeing a green tint or color shift in the image. How do I fix it? A3:Check your settings menu: the signal type selected must match your actual input cable. Wrong setting (e.g., RGB selected but YPbPr connected) causes color errors. Correct the setting to fix the issue. Q4: My screen shows black and white. What's wrong? A4: Black & white image usually means an AV/Composite signal is connected, which this device does NOT support. Verify your input source. Supported: RGBS/SCART, YPbPr, VGA (≤60Hz), RGBHV only. Q5: Does this support VGA at 70Hz (DOS games, old PC BIOS modes)? A5: No. VGA input supports 60Hz and below only. Non-standard BIOS modes and 70Hz+ refresh rates are NOT supported. Standard PC resolutions at 60Hz (640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 etc.) are supported. Q6: The clock generator error appeared on my unit. Is it broken? A6: Earlier units had a known clock generator hardware issue. Current production has resolved this. If your unit shows this error, please contact Mcbazel support — we will replace it promptly. Q7: Will this work with N64, GameCube? A7 Not alone. You must also purchase the Mcbazel ODV-II Converter (ASIN: B0B2WFTDGF) and use both together. This unit alone does NOT support N64, GameCube. Q8: How do I enable the scanline effect? A8: The scanline effect requires configuration in the settings menu — it is not enabled by default. Please refer to the user manual (available on the product page) for the exact steps to activate it. Q9: Does the 15kHz VGA output work automatically? A9: No. 15kHz VGA output must be manually enabled in the settings menu. It is NOT active by default. See the user manual for the exact setting location and steps to activate 15kHz output. Q10: What resolutions does this support for VGA output? A10: Supported VGA output resolutions include 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024 and more standard resolutions. VGA input supports 60Hz or below. See the user manual for the full resolution list. Q11: I accidentally enabled a switch on the device and now there is no image. What happened? A11: The green sync switch (⑪) may have been enabled. This switch is ONLY for RGsB 480P signal. For all other inputs, it must remain OFF. Turn the switch OFF to restore the image. Q12: What is the WiFi password for
