This Heavy Duty Circuit tester tests the function of a fuse without the need to remove the fuse. This tool makes it possible to quickly test the current in an entire fuse block, and is a useful diagnostic tool for sniffing out a number of electrical issues. The process is simple. First, attach the insulated ground clip to any grounded metal on your vehicle. Then touch the fine-point tester to the active part of any fuse with a 2mm opening or greater. If the tester’s internal LED lights up, the fuse is good, and if it does not light up, the fuse is bad or else is not receiving current.
