Why can't I turn it on or charge it? ArkPro Ultra features a lockout mode. Please charge to activate before first use. What is the charging time and expected battery lifespan of the ArkPro Ultra? The ArkPro Ultra takes around 1.5 hours to fully charge via USB-C and 3 hours to charge via a magnetic charging cable (MCC). The battery retains over 80% capacity after 500 charge cycles. Why can’t I activate Turbo mode with a double-click? If double-clicking cannot activate Turbo, it may be due to the battery level being below three bars, please charge it. Alternatively, the issue could be caused by the device triggering over-temperature protection if the temperature is too high. Can the dual-way clip be removed? The dual-way clip is securely attached to the light and is not easily detachable. It requires proper tools to remove.
