For first-time setup and activation, please make sure that you have correctly connected the camera within the same network via Reolink App/Client or Reolink NVR. Q 2: Will this work with the Reolink NVR or system? Yes, it does. Reolink NVRs with the hardware version of N7MB01/N6MB01/N5MB01/H3MB18/N3MB01/N2MB02 under the latest firmware version support the smart detection/playback for the RLC-510A. Reolink NVR with version of H3MB02 or H3MB16 only supports live view. Please check the hardware version via the System Information of the NVR to make sure the compatibility. Q 3: Is the camera compatible with third-party software/System/NVR? The RLC-510A IP camera is compatible with some third-party software such as Blus Iris or Synology using RTSP/RTMP protocol. However, third-party NVR/Camera System isNOT supported. We recommend Reolink software/NVR to pair with this camera for the best performance. Note: Animal detection is supported.
