Yes, the Xtrovac 320 includes a 72” aluminum pole that is using for above ground pool and spas. It fits a standard telescopic pole that can reach bigger and deeper pools. Can the vacuum be used in Spas, Swim Spas and Hot tubs? Yes, the Xtrovac 320 works in 41-104F cold and warm water. It works in shallow water and steps as well. What are the functions and the limitations of this pool vacuum? Xtrovac 320 for general and spot cleaning. Note: Do not use it for Whole Pool / Large Pools Cleaning. It is also the best partner of pool robotic cleaners that can’t catch all debris. Note: Xtrovac 310 is not for algae and silt. Why the product cannot take a charge The vacuum is coming with a charger and a charger adaptor. Please connect charger to charger adaptor, then slide the charger adaptor onto the vacuum.
