The Dominion Drones ROC WING VTOL Y3 is an advanced 1200mm fixed-wing VTOL UAV platform kit designed for experienced adult operators, educators, technical users and builders. It combines vertical takeoff and landing capability with efficient fixed-wing cruising performance, making it suitable for training, testing, research, custom project development and open-field flight operation. This configuration is based on the ROC WING VTOL Y3 PNP platform and includes the aircraft, H7 flight controller, airspeed sensor, GPS module, power system, servo motors and carry case. It also includes HD digital video transmission, a compact 4K three-axis stabilized gimbal camera and a T14 remote controller. Battery is not included and must be purchased separately. The airframe features a 1200mm wingspan, 917mm body length and EPP construction for a lightweight fixed-wing VTOL platform. The aircraft has a listed airframe weight of approximately 1380g and supports a maximum takeoff weight of up to 2500g, depending on final configuration, battery selection and payload setup. The platform is designed for efficient cruising, with an economical speed of approximately 50 km/h and a maximum speed of up to 130 km/h under suitable conditions. The included 4K micro gimbal camera is designed for stabilized aerial imaging and real-time viewing. The camera uses a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor with 8.29MP effective pixels and supports up to 3840 × 2160 video resolution. The three-axis non-orthogonal mechanical gimbal helps maintain smooth footage during flight, with a controllable pitch range of −105° to +145° and yaw range of approximately ±160°. The camera system also supports low-light full-color imaging for improved visual detail in darker environments. The HD digital video transmission system supports real-time image viewing with a maximum communication distance of up to 10 km under ideal, unobstructed conditions. The ROC WING VTOL Y3 platform is compatible with QGroundControl-based workflows for waypoint planning, telemetry monitoring, return-to-home, auto takeoff, auto landing and autonomous mission functions when properly configured. Setup, firmware configuration, calibration and pre-flight checks are required before operation. Battery and charger are not included. This platform requires a compatible 6S flight battery; T14 remote controller requires 2 x 21700 rechargeable batteries; remote controller batteries are not included.
