Because headliner-board shapes vary, measure the board at its longest and widest points and leave additional material around the edges for wrapping and trimming.Flexible DIY Material The foam-backed fabric can be cut with sharp scissors or a utility knife and shaped around roof contours, dome lights, handles, visors and other openings. It may also be used for door-panel inserts, side panels, speaker boxes and other indoor trim projects.Preparation Matters For reliable installation, remove the old fabric and deteriorated foam completely. Clean the mounting surface, dry-fit the new material and use a high-temperature adhesive specifically intended for foam-backed automotive headliners. Adhesive and tools are not included.About Fold Marks This fabric is folded for compact shipping. Unpack it before installation and lay it flat. If fold marks remain, apply gentle steam from the suede side while keeping the steamer moving.
