What about my days can be shifted so that I can move more into thriving? A Moment For Me PEACEFUL RITUALS FOR MOM Apply mid-afternoon energizing essential oils (peppermint, citrus). Look for a roller-bottle to apply the oil on your temple, or simply breathe in the aroma. Relax your shoulders and deepen your breath during Baby’s feedings. Play a calming or uplifting music selection while driving. Practice calming your breath. Make your exhale longer than the inhale. Inhale for a count of four, exhale for six. Have a bedtime gratitude prayer/gratitude practice. This is also a very special thing to model for your baby. List five things you are grateful for, either out loud or in your thoughts, and attach them to the five senses.
