PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Pan Sauté: Preheat 1 Tbsp. of oil per patty over medium heat. Brown the first side for approximately 3 minutes. Turn the cutlet over and brown for approximately 2½ minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a raised-edge baking sheet with foil. Spray lightly with cooking oil. Place the veal cutlets on the baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes.
