Under certain ambient and water temperature conditions, our ice maker has an initial ice-making average around time of 6–15 minutes. If your ice-making speed is significantly slower, please check the user manual , ambient and water temperature. Why is my ice maker making ice with a sandy or slush-like consistency? Note: Using water with high minerals, impurities, or added sugar can cause sandy-textured ice. We recommend using filtered or distilled water, and try to conduct continuous testing for no less than 30 minutes. The product comes with 8 packs of cleaner.
