Our pans are constructed from perforated aluminum, which conducts heat evenly and heats quickly. The perforated bottom lets moisture escape and allows air and heat to circulate, creating the magic needed for a crusty outside and warm, soft inside. Our proprietary silicone based clear nonstick coating makes for easy release of baked goods and even easier clean up! Each of the 3 wells measure 3-inches across and 16-inches in length—designed to bake three 16-inch (or shorter!) loaves.
