Product description If you experience no audio, screen flickering, or no display at all on your AR glasses or USB-C monitor after using the HUB‌, please troubleshoot following these steps: 1. Before purchasing this HUB‌, confirm that the Type-C port on your phone, laptop, or gaming console supports ‌DP Alt Mode‌ for video output, or whether it is a ‌Thunderbolt 3/4‌ port. 2. Check the connection sequence according to the HUB connection diagram to ensure all ports are ‌correctly and securely connected‌. Note: Nintendo Switch must be in ‌TV mode‌. We recommend using the original charger of your source device to power the HUB. 3. If you're using ‌Xreal AR glasses‌ and there's no audio, switch the glasses to ‌DP mode‌ after connection. Detailed instructions can be found in the Xreal user manual. (Other AR glasses brands do not require mode switching.) 4. Please do not update Viture Beast to a system version released after June 2026, as this may cause the HUB to be incompatible with Viture Beast. If you have already upgraded, please roll back the system to the May version (0.01.024_20260521). 5. If your ‌USB-C monitor flickers or shows no display‌, check whether its power consumption exceeds ‌25W‌. If so, ‌power the monitor separately‌ before connecting it to the HUB, as the HUB’s USB-C output supports up to ‌25W power delivery‌. 6. Try replacing the HUB’s included Thunderbolt cable (Type-C) with a ‌USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C cable‌ or a ‌Thunderbolt 3/4 cable‌. 7.
