Product description WallClaw LOC-N-LOAD Hammer-In Drywall Anchors are the lowest cost anchors per pound of load capacity on the market. Innovative high-performance anchors that hang up to 165 lbs. in 1/2" walls and 227 lbs. in 5/8" walls. It installs like a nail and locks to the wall as the screw is inserted. INSTRUCTIONS For hanging items on 1/2” and 5/8" drywall. Same anchor works in BOTH 1/2” and 5/8" drywall. For kitchen, bath, art, shelving, closet, curtains, towel bars, and many other fixtures. 1. Hold the top and bottom of anchor body between your thumb and index finger. 2. Be sure the arrow on the top of the HEAD of the anchor is pointed up. 3. Place the pointed nail tip of anchor on the wall where installation is desired. 4. Gently, and repeatedly tap the head of the anchor and gently drive the anchor into the wall. 5. Do NOT countersink the head into the drywall – this can damage the drywall. 6. Maximum thickness of fixture (bracket, mounting plate, etc.) should not exceed 1/8-inch with the 1-1/4” screw provided. 7. If fixture is thicker than 1/8-inch obtain and use a longer #8 Type B (Blunt Tip) screw similar to those provided with the anchor. 8. Attach fixture to anchor using BLUNT tip screws provided. Do NOT use sharp tipped screws. 9.
