Bluetooth: 49 ft (15 m); Wi-Fi: 328 ft (100 m) in open areas. For stable connection, minimize obstacles and avoid far corners. Why does the thermo-hygrometer reading stay the same? Two-step check: a.Press top button to toggle °C/°F. If screen responds, unit is fine – ambient change is minimal. b.If no response, replace with new AA 1.5V batteries, wait 5–10 min. Reading should resume fluctuating. How often does the device update? Default: data uploads every 10 minutes, adjustable via app to 30 or 60, and longer intervals save battery. Device connects only when uploading and sleeps otherwise, but immediately uploads reading on temperature or humidity alarm. Does it work with 5G Wi-Fi, and will there be issues with losing connections? No, it only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi networks. The product quality has improved, with an extended battery life and resolved connection interruptions.
