Product description FM-40 series Mechanical Flow meter is used for fuel transferring application, diesel fuel, kerosene ect. These flow meters are reliable, inexpensive, and easy to install and simple to calibrate on the workplace. lt has the advantage of easy reading, quick resetting, and knob, flexible flow ports can be positioned vertically or horizontally. The easy reset register indicates product use up to 999/999.9. The master totalizer registers up to 999999/9999, 9999. Aluminium metering chamber, thread connection. How to Use First Step Connect the threaded pipe to the product inlet and outlet according to the product caliber, and connect the oil pump to the oil inlet pipe to measure the number of liters of diesel flowing through the pipe. There are arrows on the back of the oil gauge to indicate the direction of the inlet and outlet. Second Step There is a speed regulating valve on the side of the oil outlet. If the meter is less than the actual oil output, open the regulating valve cover and turn the internal Phillips screw clockwise one to two turns. Third Step If the metered number of the oil meter is greater than the actual metered number of oil output, do the reverse operation. The adjustment range of the speed control valve is about plus or minus 5%. Avoid impurities in the oil, which can easily jam the oil gauge and cause the oil gauge to not count.
