Product description The Role of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Dosing Module in Vehicles As a core component of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, the DEF dosing module accurately injects DEF into the exhaust flow based on engine operating conditions and NOₓ concentration. When NOₓ appears in the exhaust pipe, DEF reacts with NOₓ through an oxidation-reduction process in the SCR catalytic reactor, converting them into non-polluting nitrogen and water vapor. This effectively mitigates NOₓ pollution from diesel vehicle exhaust, reducing harm to the environment and human health.
