The center of base includes a vacuum valve seal to allow for optional vacuum suction of the base to your drilling surface, this oval piece is easily removable to allow for a standard traditional anchoring point. The 12Z1T/S uses the industry standard 1-1/4" threads which are also compatible with Bluerock brand Wet type core bits. This drill is designed to drill through rebar reinforced concrete, masonry, assorted brick and block as well as other types of rock.
