Product Description Create consistent 45-degree wood connections with the ORIGLE 2x4 Joist Hanger and Louver Bracket Set. These brackets are designed to position standard 2x4 lumber at an angle for pergola louvers, shade screens, angled joists and other visible wood-frame projects. Each bracket is made from approximately 0.08 in / 2 mm thick Q235 steel. A black powder-coated finish helps protect the surface from moisture, scratches and corrosion during indoor or outdoor use. The face-mount design provides straight, clean edges around visible wood connections. For pergola applications, the 45-degree angle positions wooden slats to help provide shade and privacy while maintaining airflow between the louvers. The brackets can also be used for suitable deck, floor and ceiling joist connections where an angled installation is required. This set includes 16 matched bracket pairs. It is intended specifically for 45-degree installations and should not be substituted for a standard 90-degree joist hanger. Select fasteners and installation spacing based on the wood species, expected load and applicable local building requirements.
