Pour clean brake fluid (of the type specified in your vehicle manual) into the pneumatic pump's reservoir tank. Recommended maximum fluid capacity: 2.5 L – do not overfill.Connect to air compressor – Connect to air compressor – Attach the pump's air inlet hose to a compressed air source (air compressor). Adjust the air pressure to the value recommended for your device (typically 8–12 PSI). CAUTION: Pressure above 15 psi may damage brake reservoirs or seals. NOTE: ABS vehicles do not require extra pressure; 12 psi is sufficient to push through the hydraulic valve block in the traction control unit. Automatic & manual pressure release: The bleeder’s relief valve will automatically vent any excess pressure if it builds up too high. To manually release pressure, simply pull up on the relief valve. NOTE: A hissing noise during use is normal – it is excess air being vented.Connect to vehicle – Secure the pump's master cylinder adapter onto the brake fluid reservoir of your vehicle.Attach drain hose – Connect one end of the drain hose to the caliper bleeder screw, and place the other end into a waste fluid collection bottle (or container).Pressurize and bleed – Open the air inlet valve on the pump to apply pressure. Then, using a wrench, slowly loosen the caliper bleeder screw (about ¼ turn). Old fluid and air bubbles will flow through the hose into the collection bottle.Observe and stop – Watch the fluid coming out. Continue until no more bubbles are visible and the fluid runs clean. Then tighten the bleeder screw securely.Repeat and finish – Repeat steps 4 through 6 for the remaining wheels, working in the farthest‑to‑closest order (typically: right rear → left rear → right front → left front). During the process, frequently check and top up the brake fluid reservoir – never let it run dry. Once all wheels are done, close the air inlet valve, release any remaining pressure via the pressure relief valve, and disconnect all connections safely.
