About damaged packaging I noticed feedback from customers who received products with damaged packaging. At the moment, our products are shipped to Amazon warehouses in cartons. Inside each carton, the products are wrapped with protective plastic film and surrounded by bubble wrap to reduce damage from friction and impact during transportation. However, these products travel a very long distance before reaching Amazon and eventually reaching you. I realize that I cannot think about packaging the same way I would for a short local delivery. I shop online often myself, and I know how disappointing it feels to receive a damaged package. If your product arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to request a return or refund through Amazon. I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Starting with our next shipment, we will reduce the number of products packed into each carton, add more protective film and bubble wrap, and reinforce the outer cartons to provide better protection during international transportation. 2. About the dust cap not being attached to the cable Thank you for pointing this out — we were actually thinking along the same lines. I have already found a manufacturer willing to improve the design by attaching the dust cap directly to the cable, so customers will not have to worry about losing it. As for adding a magnetic connection between the two ends, we are still working on that idea. The challenge is finding the right balance between cost, quality, and practicality. If the magnet is too weak, it may quickly become ineffective and would be more of a gimmick than a useful feature. If the magnet is too strong, it can increase shipping costs and create additional requirements during international transportation. Ultimately, those additional costs would be passed on to customers. My goal is to find the right balance between price and quality. I would rather offer a genuinely useful product at a reasonable price than add features simply for marketing purposes and make the product unnecessarily expensive. 3. About slow charging To the customer who experienced slow charging: I am very sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. Please also check whether both the device being charged and the power source — such as the wall charger or power bank — support fast charging. Charging speed is determined by the entire charging system, not only by the cable. For example, if a phone supports charging at up to around 20W, it will not charge faster than that even when connected to a 30W charger. In addition, depending on the charger, charging protocol, battery level, temperature, and the phone's built-in protection system, the actual charging power may be lower. If you have confirmed that your charger and device support fast charging and you still feel that our cable is charging abnormally slowly, please feel free to request a return or replacement through Amazon. Because the product detail page has a limit of only 7 images, this test shows the peak charging result. In this test, a Huawei phone is used with its original charger. Both the phone and the charger support 65W charging and the PD protocol, so the LED display reaches up to 65W, and “PD” appears in the upper-right corner. This means fast charging mode is active. If the phone or charger does not support PD, the “PD” indicator will not appear. A regular charger was also tested, and in that case, the display did not show PD and the maximum output was only around 10W. Please check whether your device and charger support fast charging and PD. Actual charging power may vary depending on the device, charger, battery level, temperature, and usage environment.
