SharkBite Max quick connector fittings are a project time and effort saver with less insertion force required for a stronger connection. Without the need for additional tools, glue, or soldering, these push-to-connect fittings can be installed in wet lines and are approved for underground and behind-the-wall applications with no access panels (Wrapping required when burying underground). Additionally, this push-to-connect fittings can be used to join different pipe types together seamlessly providing the versatility to make repairs of existing lines faster and more reliable. Rated to 200 degrees F and 400 PSI.
