Receive filter change alerts and shop for replacement filters in the app. Does the AirDoctor app have sharing capabilities? Yes! You will be able to share any and every AirDoctor connected unit with a family member or friend. They will have access to your unit’s controls as well as its indoor air quality data. Do I have to be in the house to control the unit? No, one of the best capabilities about the AirDoctor 5500i is that it can be controlled from anywhere in the world. For example, boost your unit when returning from vacation to clean your air before you arrive home. How often do the filters need to be replaced? The UltraHEPA filter lasts up to 12 months and the VOC Carbon filter lasts up to 6 months under normal use. But, you can track its life and receive replacement alerts all in the new app! Please note the AirDoctor 5500i has 2 sets of filters.
