Check: 1.Direction: HDMI (source) → USB-C (display), one-way. 2.Power: Connect 5V/1-1.5A. Use included cable, avoid long cables. 3.Compatibility: Display must support DP Alt Mode. 4.Restart: Power on: adapter → HDMI source → USB-C display. No display when connecting to PS5? Go to PS5 Settings → Screen and Video, turn off 4K120Hz, VRR, ALLM, and lock resolution to 1080p@60Hz or 4K@60Hz YUV420 first. Then switch HDCP to 1.4 (or turn it off). Once the display is on, you can gradually increase the settings. No display when connecting to Xbox Series? Go to Settings → General → TV & Display Options → Video Modes, turn off VRR and 4K 120Hz, switch HDCP to 1.4, save and restart before trying again. No display when connecting to a PC? Press Win+P and select "Second screen only". Lower the resolution to 1080p@60Hz to test. Once the display is on, you can gradually increase it. No display when connecting to AR glasses (VITURE / XREAL Air)? VITURE: Long press temple button to adjust dimming. Update firmware if needed. XREAL Air: Short press mode button to ensure mirroring mode (not 3D). Reconnect if stuck in standby.
