Thread cutter, "START" and "STOP" button After installation, start winding by simply press the "START" button, press the "STOP" button to stop winding; press the start button again to continue the winding process. the automatic bobbin winder will stop on its own once the thread is full, then you need pull out bobbin and cut the thread by using the thread cutter on the machine. Step 1: First step, nstall and tighten two fixing screws between the bobbin winder and the base plate with the help of a screw driver, and also make sure you don't install the bobbin winder backwards. Step 2: Second step, install the thread stand and the spool stud onto the two holes of the base plate, then tighten nuts on them downwards; make sure the shorter spool studs is horizontal with the tension disc and the taller thread stand is inline with the "start" and "stop" buttons . Step 3: Third step, put your thread cone on the spool stud and the thread first through thread guide rod, down and into small hole on the side of tension disks. Guide thread clockwise between tension disks and wrap clockwise twice before inserting thread end into hole in bobbin. Step 4: Fourth step, put your empty bobbin in short spool, clockwise wind the thread around 3 - 4 circle along the bobbin to fix. Install finish, start winding by simply press the "START" button, press the "STOP" button to stop winding; the automatic bobbin winder will stop on its own once the thread is full; then pull out your bobbin and cut the thread by using the thread cutter on the machine.
