This Brass T-Fitting is a reliable and durable solution for hydraulic brake systems, commonly used on boat trailers and any trailer equipped with hydraulic brakes. Crafted from high-quality polished brass, this fitting is built to withstand the demands of high-pressure brake systems, whether drum or disc brakes using surge couplers or electric over hydraulic units. The T-Fitting is typically mounted on the trailer axle, splitting the main brake line from the master cylinder to route fluid to both sides of the trailer. It accommodates a short brake hose to the near-side caliper or wheel cylinder and a longer hose running the length of the axle to the opposite side. All three ends feature female 3/16" inverted flare connections with a 3/8-24 thread for a secure, leak-free fit. Weighing just 0.25 pounds and compact in size, this fitting is easy to install.
