Layer 3 & 4 of ECWCS System The Mid-Weight Cold Weather Base Layer featuring Rothco's Grid Fleece Shirt and Bottoms, the grid fleece provides comfort as conditions become colder. Layer 5 of the ECWCS System The system adds a Fleece Jacket that delivers dependable insulation. This layer is designed to keep body heat in while remaining breathable and comfy.
