Gradually returning to room temperature helps protect your delicate recovering skin. The gel wrap has some weight. How do I keep it from slipping down? Due to the large 12" gel pack, it has some weight. For a secure fit, wrap it snugly around your waist and use the included extension strap to adjust tension. It is best enjoyed while resting, sitting, or walking. How should I clean the wrap since the gel pack is built-in?
