This is the most crucial step for activating the adhesive. 4.Curing & Post-Processing Adequate Curing: After installation, let it sit for at least 45 minutes and avoid any movement or stepping on it for 24 hours. Edge Sealing: For high-stress or moisture-prone areas like stair edges, apply a transparent waterproof sealant (e.g., silicone) along the tape edges 24 hours after curing to form a seal, which can greatly prevent moisture ingress and subsequent peeling.
