Product description Go from Sitting to Standing Easily! The Victor DC475 transforms any sit-down desk into a sitting OR standing desk. The 28” wide by 23” deep surface is raised up to 20” for ergonomic placement of monitor, keyboard, mouse, telephone and papers while standing. Electric motor design allows easy custom height adjustment with the push of a button. The monitor holder is also height-adjustable with a range of 12.5”. Press the button a second time to stop at desired height. To lower back to a seated position, press the down control button once and the work surface will lower to the desktop and stop automatically. No need to press and hold! Monitor height can be adjusted independently of the work surface Monitor height can be adjusted to fit the user. Simply loosen monitor arm knobs and slid up or down the track to desired height. Then tighten knobs to secure. Track bumpers built in to tower to prevent monitor from dropping down the track during adjustment. Safety Sensor prevents work surface from lowering if a object is detected If the work surface is lowering and comes into contact with an object, the safety sensor will activate and the motor will stop. It will then raise the desk surface to allow room to remove the obstructing object. Victor DC475 Electric Dual Monitor Sit Stand Work Station Monitors to be placed on a DC475 need to be VESA bracket compatible. Please verify with your monitor manufacturer or check the back of your monitor for four screw holes in the shape of a square at the back of the monitor. Please note some monitor manufactures place a plastic cover to hide these holes when not in use. The DC475 will comfortably hold three standard 23" wide monitors up to 12.5 lbs. each. This desk can also accommodate two large 25" monitors (measured by width, left to right, due to variations in manufacturing monitor bezel or frame). Each monitor can weigh up to 12.5 lbs. Sturdy Design The DC475 was designed with stability in mind. With a aluminum rear tower and a metal bracket for securing the work surface, this desk is sturdy with minimal movement while in use. The steel base plate is outfitted with felt base pads. This protects the furniture that the DC475 is placed on. These pads also allow the DC475 to be easily moved across smooth surfaces. This is handy when re-positioning the unit, cleaning around it, or turning the unit for easier shared viewing. Monitor Requirements Monitors to be placed on a DC475 need to be VESA bracket compatible. Power Source Required The DC475 requires a 110V outlet for a power source. Supplied with an AC/DC adapter, set up is easy. Simply connect the two prong plug into a surge protected outlet and then connect adapter to the rear tower of the DC475. To connect to the tower, plug the connector together and flip the latch to secure. A power strip or other surge protected outlet is recommended to protect your unit during power outages.
